THE MISSION

Macsound is small family owned business located in Uralla, which is passionate about meeting all your theatrical needs. From sound & lighting equipment for a weekend party to installation of professional sound, lighting and audio visual equipment in venues, we are always willing to provide our support and expertise to ensure you get the best equipment and service available.  

 

THE STORY

First started in March 1978 by Uralla local, Bruce McRae, Macsound has grown from a small television repair shop which hired out sound equipment on the side to offering hire equipment, selling, installing and repairing professional audio, stage lighting & audio-visual equipment. Macsound can now supply everything a school, theatre company, DJ or venue could need from makeup, costumes and special effects for your next production to the supply & operation of Sound, Lighting and Audio Visual Equipment for your next conference or event. Macsound has been servicing Uralla, Armidale, Walcha, Guyra & Tamworth and throughout the New England, Hunter, North Coast & North West regions for 38 years.
