The CP-A300N 3000 Lumens Ultra Short Throw XGA Projector from Hitachi offers a brightness of 3000 lumens and can display an 80" (2032mm) diagonal image from a throw distance of 10" (254mm) from edge. Not only does this prevent image obstruction, but it also means that there are no shadows interfering with the image and the absence of light in the presenter's face.

The unit includes all the functionality and then some of all you would need in a projector. It features Perfect Fit 2, an update to Hitachi's proprietary Perfect Fit function, which enables quick adjustment of the projected image by moving its four corners and four sides one at a time. It offers a template function making it easier to write on a whiteboards or blackboards. Users can choose between four types of different lines depending on the color of the background.

Another key to low total cost of ownership is a long life lamp. The lamp is rated at 2000 hours in standard mode and 3000 hours in eco-mode.

Hitachi's Projector Control Application ('PJCtrl') allows a user to control the functions of their Hitachi 3LCD Projector via a 'Toolbar' on their PC. Since all of the functions for controlling the projector are on the PC, PJCtrl can help to reduce costs associated with lost remote controls and battery replacement
